Services Australia - Centrelink Agency

Your Local Centrelink Agent Services

At the Mid Richmond Neighbourhood Centre, our Services Australia – Centrelink Agency offers essential support to help you manage your business with the Department of Human Services. Our trained agents are here to assist with:

  • Proof of Identity: Copying your identity documents.
  • Telephone Access: Using the phone for self-service options, claiming Medicare rebates, speaking to representatives, or calling potential employers.
  • Fax and Photocopy Services: Sending and copying necessary documents.
  • Computer Access: Accessing government programs, self-service options, and job searches.
  • Forms and Brochures: Lodging forms, and picking up necessary forms and informational brochures.

While our agents can assist with general inquiries, self-service guidance, and form completion, they cannot:

  • Make, review, assess, or vary payments.
  • Issue Electronic Banking Transfers (EBTs), Concession cards, or Medicare cards.

Service Hours

  • Monday to Wednesday 9am-2:30pm
  • Thursday 9am-1:30pm
  • Friday 9am – 1pm
